Use Microsoft's account support page and provide this concise summary: Microsoft 365 Premium subscription owner. Sharing dashboard shows "0 of 5 available subscriptions." Family members already appear in the sharing list. "Create link", "Email invite", and "Start sharing" all fail with: "Something went wrong and we couldn't generate a link to share Microsoft 365 Premium." "We can't send the invite right now." "Something went wrong and we couldn't share Microsoft 365 with your Microsoft family members." Reproduced in a clean Firefox private session. You can reach support from your Microsoft account under Services & Subscriptions → Get Help / Contact Support. One thing you might try before contacting support: ask Mandy Bach whether she already has access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or 1 TB OneDrive through her own Microsoft account. If she unexpectedly already has the entitlement, that would indicate the share assignment partially succeeded despite the error. Otherwise, this looks very much like a backend provisioning issue that Microsoft will need to fix.
