My problem concerning Microsoft account being hacked

I personally don't really care about the account itself, just about having Minecraft back, you think there'd be any way Microsoft could remove the Minecraft from the hacked account and put it on a new one? I DO have the payment info.

    Unfortunately, Minecraft purchases are tied permanently to the Microsoft account that originally purchased or redeemed the game, and the license cannot be transferred to another Microsoft account.

    Because the account was compromised, the best option is to try to recover the original Microsoft account using Microsoft's hacked-account recovery process:

    You can also use Microsoft's Sign-in Helper from that page, which may provide additional recovery options depending on what was changed on the account.

    If you recover the original Microsoft account, the Minecraft entitlement should remain associated with it.
