Could you please share a little more information about what happens when you try to sign in on the new computer? Are you trying to access Outlook through a web browser at Outlook.com, or through the Outlook desktop application?

What happens after you enter your email address and password? Do you receive any error message or verification request? Are you still able to access the same Outlook account from your old computer, phone, or another device?

to be able to login to your outlook account on your new computer, you may try the following steps;
(make sure your computer is connected to the internet)

1. open the browser
2. type the URL www.outlook.com
3. sign in using your username and password
