Access to xbox account

Hi, I am having issues logging into my old xbox account I have moved from Ireland to the US and now i cant log in. I have no access to the email linked to it as cant reset the password without phone number which is also gone since i moved to the US. All the ai chat support does is repeatedly send me same links but i simply cannot get access without my old phone number. I need to speak direct or with an agent somehow anyone any help with this. I used a different email and still they said not enough information given
