domain email not receiving

my domain -- [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]@internationaleg.com is not receiving emails. Am I blocked or blacklisted....?

    Hi Lou,

    To help me better understand the situation, kindly provide additional details:

    • Are all incoming emails failing to arrive, or only messages from specific senders?
    • Do senders receive a bounce-back/NDR (non-delivery report)? If so, please share the full error message (with any personal information removed).
    • Are you able to send emails successfully from the affected address?

    In the meantime, you may try the following:

    1/ Check your junk/spam folder

    Sometimes legitimate emails are mistakenly filtered. Please check your Junk Email or Spam folder to see if any missing emails were sent there. If you find one, right-click it and mark it as "Not junk" to prevent this from happening again.

    2/ Check your Inbox rules to see if incoming messages are being automatically moved, redirected, or deleted.

    For guidance to check your Inbox rules, please refer to: Manage email messages by using rules in Outlook.

    3/ Contact your IT admin:
