Hello Microsoft! My name is Crystal Jordan and I really need to speak with a Representative in reference to the Church Westminster Presbyterian Church paying for two Microsoft account and we really need to discontinue one of the account as soon as possible.     These forums are user-to-user. We're users here trying to help each other. No one here has access to Microsoft's servers nor can we access any accounts other than our own.

    If you have two accounts, then log into https://account.microsoft.com/services using the one you no longer want to use for a subscription and cancel the subscription.
