unable to enable core isolation

Hello,

I am encountering an issue where I cannot enable Core Isolation. I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:

Checked Device Manager for incompatible drivers.

Uninstalled Ports (COM & LPT) drivers.

  • Uninstalled MediaTek-related drivers.

Despite these efforts, the problem remains unresolved. Could you please advise on further steps to fix this issue?

    Create a restore point before proceeding.

    Activate memory integrity. If you still get the error about this incompatible driver, download autorun from the link below, extract the x64 version and run it as administrator.

    Go to the drivers tab and find the usb2ser.sys driver, right-click and delete it.

    Restart the PC and try activating it again.

    also tried dism /online /get-driver /format:table

    but there was only inf files no sys files
