Organizing, editing, and coordinating meetings and events within Microsoft Teams calendars
Hi Celio,
Thank you for taking the time to explain your request regarding saving past calendar invites from your team's calendar in Microsoft Teams.
The reason for this is that the Teams calendar simply displays your Outlook (Exchange) calendar, and because Teams itself does not include a save or export option, past invites must be saved from Outlook instead.
With that in mind, please follow the steps below, starting with the option that best suits your situation.
1/ Save one single past invite
- Open the Classic Outlook desktop app and select Calendar.
- Go to the date of the past meeting and double-click it to open it.
- Select File > Save As.
- Choose iCalendar Format (.ics) or Outlook Message Format (.msg), then click Save.
2/ Save all invites within a specific period
- In Classic Outlook, open Calendar and select the calendar you want to save. (For a team or channel calendar, look under Groups in the left folder pane.)
- Select File > Save Calendar.
- Click More Options, then set the Date Range to Specify dates and enter the start and end dates you need.
- Under Detail, choose Full details so the meeting information is included, then click OK and Save.
3/ Export the full calendar as a backup
- In Classic Outlook, select File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
- Choose Export to a file, then select Outlook Data File (.pst).
- Select the Calendar folder, choose a save location, and click Finish.
- Reference:
Once saved, the file can be opened again in Outlook at any time, and an .ics file may also be imported into other calendar applications whenever needed.
For your reference, you can concern:
- Export emails, contacts, and calendar items to Outlook using a .pst file | Microsoft Support
- Import and export Outlook email, contacts, and calendar | Microsoft Support
- Share an Outlook calendar as view-only with others | Microsoft Support
I hope this helps point you in the right direction. If you have any updates or additional questions, feel free to reply, and I'll do my best to assist further.
Best regards.
