Regarding this situation, I understand that you're receiving Microsoft 365 Message Center notifications, even though you don't believe you have an administrative role in your organization.

To better understand the situation, could you please confirm the following:

• Are the emails being delivered to your work/school Microsoft 365 account?
• Are all the Message Center emails addressed directly to you, or are they being forwarded from another mailbox or distribution group?

Your confirmation would be very helpful in ensuring you receive the most suitable support!

There are a few common reasons why a user may receive these notifications, even if they are not a Global Administrator or Microsoft 365 Administrator:

• Your account may have been assigned the Message Center Reader role, which allows users to view and receive Message Center communications without having broader administrative permissions.
• A Microsoft 365 administrator may have configured Message Center email notifications to be sent to specific users, distribution groups, or shared mailboxes that include your email address.
• You may be a member of a team or distribution list (for example, an IT, Operations, or Support group) that has been designated to receive Message Center updates.
• If you previously held an administrative role, your email address may still be included in the notification recipient list.

In the meantime, kindly try the following suggestions to check what might have led to this:

• Could you verify whether the email is being forwarded to you through a mailbox rule, shared mailbox, or distribution list? This will help determine whether the messages are being sent directly to your account or routed through another source.
• If possible, please check with your Microsoft 365 administrator to see whether your account has been configured as a Message Center recipient.
• Additionally, please also confirm about your assigned roles in Microsoft 365 to verify whether any administrative permissions have been granted to your account. Even limited administrative roles can sometimes result in Message Center communications being received.
