Dear Microsoft Team

We kindly request a Certificate of Tax Residency for 2026 and 2025 for withholding tax compliance purposes (Microsoft Regional Sales Pte Ltd - SGP entity). We do not want these certificates for any other Microsoft entities, like Ireland.

Please provide the certificate applicable, preferably issued by the relevant tax authority.

Billing Support is the appropriate team to confirm whether these certificates are available and provide the applicable tax documentation for the Microsoft entity associated with your billing relationship.
