I have two 365 subscriptions and need to cancel one of them. I do not understand how to do it.

    If you purchased directly from Microsoft, sign in here using the account linked to the subscription you want to cancel: https://account.microsoft.com/services

    Find the unwanted subscription, select Manage > Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel), and follow the prompts to confirm.
