Hello. I am trying to download the official Windows 11 25H2 ISO, Russian x64.

The Microsoft download page shows error 715-123130: "Some users, entities and locations are banned from using this service."

Could you please provide a temporary direct Microsoft download link for the official Windows 11 25H2 Russian x64 ISO?

    Per a Microsoft directive, we are no longer permitted to provide ISO download links to people in restricted countries.
