unable to print

If "Recipient Fax" appears when trying to print, Windows is likely using the Fax printer/driver instead of the actual printer.

Try these checks:

1. Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
2. Select the printer that should print the document.
3. Confirm it shows Online.
4. When printing, make sure the selected printer is the real printer and not Fax or Recipient Fax.
