O.S. Win 11. Printer HP Color Laserjet PRO M2525dw. Printer is ten years old. About 2 months ago after a monthly Windoes update the printer stopped working. Is this printer too old for Win 11?

Did you remove and re-add the printer?

- Could you confirm whether the correct model is the HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw? (The M2525dw model does not appear in HP catalogs.)
- What exactly happens when you try to print? Does the printer show an "Offline" status, does the print job get stuck in the queue, or does a specific error code appear?
- How is the printer connected to the computer (USB cable, Ethernet cable, or Wi-Fi network)?
Could you also check Device Manager to see how Windows sees your printer?
- Press "Windows + X" and select "Device Manager";
- Expand "Print queues", "Printers", and "Other devices".
Is your HP printer listed under any of these categories, and does it display a yellow exclamation mark/warning icon next to it?
