How to stop immediate freezing when using Word in iPad—suddenly even worse since today’s update—methods advised don’t seem to work—I can’t use it any more—other problems predating this crisis also need addressing (such as words beginning with “i” being given a capital mid-sentence—and duplication of last letters of certain words—whichh—becausee—etc not explainable by supposed double-press of key). The service has deteriorated. What am I paying for Microsoft 365 any more?

To futher isolate the issue with Word on iPad. Can you please confirm if have you tried to reinstall Word? Also check if issue is the same with specific file or issue is also happening on all files.

To repeat myself—all attempts to resolve the problem have failed. The latest update seems to have made things worse. Reinstallation has not worked. Nothing seems to work.
