I recently sent two letters to Microsoft, dated August 27th and August 31st - sent to their adress at Evert v/d Beekstraat, Schiphol, The Netherlands as recommended by a Microsoft chat support employee. But so far no answer.

Thanks for letting me know. I do wish there was something more I could offer here regarding information about this but I'm afraid that there is not. Perhaps it would just take them longer to respond via mail if a response is necessary.
Yes Onyx, I did first of all try to ask by chat if my letters have been received and when these will be answered, but chat employees don't know anything about letters. So there is no way for me to really get the answer to my problem, that was too complicated to discuss just by chat. That's why I sent these letters, to a Microsoft adress provided to me for this purpose by one of their chat employees!

However, as this is an open forum I'm afraid that no one here would be able to provide you with any answers about letters being sent. You could try contacting support via https://support.microsoft.com and click on Contact Us then follow the instructions to start an online chat but even they may not be able to tell you if mail has been received or not yet.
