Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi @Jennie Lim
Regarding your issue, may I kindly ask a few questions to help understand it better?
- I saw that you posted your question under the Business category so to better support you, could you please confirm whether your subscription is associated with personal Microsoft account (e.g., account.microsoft.com) or work account (e.g., myaccount.microsoft.com) provided by an organization?
- What is the exact name of your current Microsoft 365 subscription? (e.g. Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, Basic, Business Basic, Business Standard, or Business Premium)
- Are you looking to renew your existing subscription, switch to another plan, or add Copilot to your current account?
- Did you purchase and manage the subscription yourself, or is it managed by your organization’s Microsoft 365 administrator?
Please note that personal and business subscriptions have different account management, licensing, renewal, and upgrade processes. Personal subscriptions are generally managed through the Microsoft account associated with the purchase. For a business subscription, the renewal, upgrade, or purchase and assignment of a Copilot license may need to be handled by your organization’s Microsoft 365 administrator.
Feel free to share the requested details when convenient. I look forward to hearing from you.
