Our company already have 5 emails account and we now want to add 1 more user, how to buy extra email account from the Admin Portal ?

    If you would like to upgrade your current subscription to include Copilot features, the first option is you would typically purchase a Microsoft 365 Copilot add-on license rather than adding it during the renewal process. Afterwards, assign the Copilot license to the user you want.

    You can typically review and renew subscriptions from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center under Billing > Your products.

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
    2. Go to Billing > Your products.
    3. Locate the expired subscription.
    4. Select the subscription and look for a Renew or Reactivate option.
    5. Follow the prompts to update your payment method and complete the renewal.
    6. Once renewed, verify that the licenses are available and assigned to users under Users > Active users.
