Laptop says bitlocker recovery key is incorrect

My laptop has a bitlocker recovery key security feature, now suddenly it is asking for bitlocker recovery key, which i got from my Microsoft account, but it is showing it as incorrect.

    Does the BitLocker Recovery Key ID shown on your Windows PC match the Recovery Key ID displayed in your Microsoft account?

    See the example screenshot here -

    Note the first 8 digits of the recovery key ID shown on your device.

    User's image

    Make sure it matches the recovery key ID on your Microsoft account.

    Use that Recovery Key to unlock your drive.
