Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear Colin Walker,
Based on my research, customers with an active Enhancement Plan may be eligible for transition benefits, but there is no automatic license credit applied directly to a new Business Central subscription. Microsoft licensing programs and promotions vary depending on the customer's licensing agreement, region, and migration path. Therefore, the actual value and eligibility must be validated through Microsoft's current licensing programs or an authorized Dynamics partner.
- For customers migrating from Dynamics SL, Microsoft currently recommends evaluating migration to Dynamics 365 Business Central and working with a Dynamics partner or Dynamics Support to assess available migration offers and licensing options. For more information, please refer to Explore migration options for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Microsoft Dynamics SL customers
- As a forum user, I do not have access to the customer's licensing records, so a Microsoft Dynamics licensing partner or Microsoft sales/licensing team would be best positioned to confirm any available migration credits or transition benefits. Since this is an Office 365 forum, licensing and migration benefits for Dynamics SL and Dynamics 365 Business Central (Business Essentials) are outside the scope of support typically provided here. For the most accurate guidance, I recommend posting your question in the Dynamics Community Forums, where Dynamics licensing and migration specialists are available to assist.
