Will a hacked microsoft account log you out of your computer?

My account got hacked and Microsoft recovery is <> so I have no hope in getting it back. I have it signed in on my laptop and now I'm wondering if it'll sign me out and I'll have to redo it. Again, I have no faith in any sort of recovery I just want to now so I can move on.

    To reset your PC, go to Start > Settings > System > Recovery > Reset this PC > Remove everything, then choose Local reinstallation.
