Since re-pairing the headset and disabling power saving were already tried, the next Windows 11 checks should focus on Bluetooth audio routing, driver state, and the Bluetooth service.

- Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update.
- Select Check for updates and install any available updates.
- Check for Bluetooth interference and device behavior
- Make sure the headset is in range.
- If any USB 3.0 devices are connected nearby, test with them disconnected temporarily, because unshielded USB devices can interfere with Bluetooth.
- If the issue continues across Teams and Dialpad
- That points more to Windows Bluetooth behavior than to a single app.
- Microsoft’s Teams device guidance notes that Bluetooth performance can be affected by the PC’s Bluetooth radio, and recommends installing the latest firmware updates for both the peripheral and the Bluetooth radio.
- In some cases, a USB dongle can be more stable than native Bluetooth, especially with older or heavily used Bluetooth radios.
If the headset connects but audio quality or startup audio remains poor, also verify that the headset supports A2DP, which is the protocol used for higher-quality audio streaming.
