How to find and use what is included on personal 365 subscription

To see what is included with a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription:

1. Sign in to the Services & subscriptions page at https://account.microsoft.com/services/.
2. Find Microsoft 365 Personal.
3. Select Manage.
   • If the subscription was purchased through Microsoft, subscription management options appear there.
   • If it was purchased through a third-party retailer, the page redirects to that retailer’s site.

What Microsoft 365 Personal includes:

• Premium desktop versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for PC or Mac
• 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage
• Advanced security protection in OneDrive and Outlook
• Technical support by chat or phone during the subscription term
• Access to the latest features, fixes, and security updates

How to tell whether the account is subscribed:

• At Microsoft365.com, a Subscribed badge means there is an active Microsoft 365 Family or Personal subscription.
• A Free badge means only the free web apps and 5 GB of OneDrive storage are available.

If Access is needed, it is also included with Microsoft 365 Personal.
