i can't activate my account

I have my key, i do everythink till i have the the window with 3 months and the card, and after i receive error , i can't activated for the moment ... cand someone help me ?

What is the exact error message or error code you get after the screen showing the 3-month option and payment card?

Thanks for the details.
Since you purchased the package with the laptop from Argos and the key takes you as far as the 3-month offer/payment-card screen, the key appears to be getting accepted.

The "PaymentAuthenticationVerificationFailed" error is related to verification of the payment method used for the recurring billing offer.

Please try these first:

Make sure the billing name, address, postcode, and country on your Microsoft account exactly match those registered with your card.
Try another card if you have one available.
Try the redemption again using an InPrivate/Incognito browser window or another browser.

Also, is the Microsoft account country/region set to the same country where the card was issued?
