How do I get microsoft to restart the AI credits on my personal account when the new monthly billing began?

    Microsoft 365 Personal currently includes 60 AI credits per month. According to Microsoft, AI credits for Microsoft 365 subscribers are automatically replenished at the beginning of each month. This means the AI credit refresh follows Microsoft's monthly credit cycle.

    You can check the current status of your AI credits by signing in to your Microsoft account and going to Services & subscriptions.

    Please also make sure that you are signed in with the Microsoft account that actually owns the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, since the AI benefits are available only to the subscription owner.
