    If you haven’t tried it yet, first go to Settings > Privacy & security > Microphone and make sure "Microphone access" and "Let apps access your microphone" are turned on.

    Then go to Settings > System > Sound > Input and check whether the built-in microphone appears there.

    Also open Device Manager and expand "Audio inputs and outputs" and "Sound, video and game controllers." Check if the microphone or any audio device has a warning symbol.
