To uninstall the printer in Windows 11:

1. Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
2. Select the printer that needs to be removed.
3. Select Remove.
4. Confirm by selecting Yes.

To reinstall it after removal:

1. Go back to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
2. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected.
3. Select Add device.
4. Wait while Windows searches for printers.
5. If the printer appears, select Add device for that printer.
6. If it does not appear, select Add manually.

If the printer is connected by USB and Windows does not reinstall it automatically, plug the USB cable into the PC and turn on the printer, then return to Printers & scanners to add it.

If the problem is related to the driver, updating or reinstalling the driver can also help:

1. Select Start > Device Manager.
2. Expand Printers.
3. Right-click the printer and select Update driver.
4. If no update is available, select Uninstall device, then restart the PC so Windows can try to reinstall the driver automatically.

If needed, restart the Print Spooler service before reinstalling:

1. Press Windows key + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
2. Find Print Spooler.
3. Right-click it and select Restart.
