I can not access Word or Excel document after installing Microsoft 365 Personal

I bought this product it shows completed and installed but i can open any of the documents, keeps telling my subscription is expired.

Please assist

    To verify the status of your subscription, sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services .

    In Word, if you click File > Account, does it say that activation has failed? Is the correct account (e-mail address) listed? (Do not post your e-mail, since this is a public forum.)
