Log into any Microsoft account you may have on this link, do you find two separate subscriptions, or just one?

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If there is only one subscription, check the expiry date on the subscription, is it indicated that expires in 2027 or 2028?

If you only find one subscription with two years remining on the subscription, then do not cancel the subscription, you may loose both subscriptions and may only be refunded for one year.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

To request a refund for a double charge on a Microsoft subscription:

    1. First investigate the extra charge on the Manage your payments page and select Investigate if the charge is not recognized.
    2. If the extra charge is tied to a subscription purchased directly from Microsoft, sign in to Services & subscriptions at Sign in.
    3. Find the subscription and select Manage.
    4. Select Cancel or Upgrade or Cancel.
    5. During cancellation, Microsoft automatically determines whether the subscription qualifies for a refund and shows the next steps.

    Important details:

    • Not all cancellations result in a refund.
    • In most cases, a refund may be available within 30 days of the initial purchase or before the first recurring billing date, whichever is sooner.
    • A refund of the most recent recurring billing charge may also be available if cancellation happens within 30 days after payment. This right is limited to one time per Microsoft account, per subscription product.
    • If no refund is issued, access to Microsoft 365 typically continues until the end of the current billing period.
    • If the subscription was purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, the refund must be requested from their support, not Microsoft.
    • If Turn on recurring billing appears instead of Manage, the subscription is already set to expire and no further cancellation action is needed.

If the charge still cannot be identified, use the billing troubleshooter from Microsoft support.
