Based on your description, when you click Analytics, Sway shows the number of Views as 0.
Please try the following steps and check whether the issue persists:
1/ Clear your browser cache
You can press Ctrl + Shift + Delete, then select Clear now to clear your browsing data.
2/ Try using Incognito/InPrivate mode
Open Sway in an Incognito or InPrivate window and check whether Analytics still shows 0 Views.
3/ Temporarily disable browser extensions
If you are using any browser extensions or services that may affect your connection, such as 1.1.1.1, a VPN, etc., please temporarily disable them and check again.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, the issue may need to be further investigated on the service side. In this case, I recommend contacting Microsoft Technical Support for further investigation.
