Outlook classic not syncing with Spectrum emailserver

Hi,

See the steps below:

1. Select File → Account Settings → Account Settings.
2. Select the Spectrum email account and click Change.
3. Select More Settings if required, then update the password under the account's Logon Information.
4. Click Next → Done and restart Outlook. Microsoft confirms that the password stored by Outlook can be updated from the account's server/login settings after the provider password has been changed.
