CANNOT SIGN IN IN MICROSOFT OFFICE APPS , THE SERIAL KEY IS SHOWING ERROR IN CONNECTING

I am trying to use microsoft office tools and i cannot sign in in them. I tried signing in by my product key but it is showing an error. I do have an MS office subscription and it is still showing that your product key is not recognised. I want to talk to an assistant on call/message.

If this is a first time activation of the Office apps, did you log into this link to register your Office licence/subscription on your Microsoft account.

If you have already registered your Office licence/subscription, the product key can no longer be used, that is now a digital licence linked to your Microsoft account online, log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you find your Office licence/subscription listed there, and if that is a subscription, is the expiry date listed correctly.

My HP laptop recently underwent a hardware repair during which the motherboard, RAM, and SSD were replaced by an HP engineer. Before replacing the components, the engineer created a Windows recovery tool, and after the replacement, Windows was reinstalled on my laptop using the recovery tool.

Windows is working properly, and I have successfully signed in with my Microsoft account. However, I am unable to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. They are showing that I do not currently have an active Microsoft 365 subscription.

When I originally purchased this HP laptop, it came with a lifetime/perpetual Microsoft Office license included with the device. I would therefore like assistance in restoring or reactivating the Office license that was associated with my laptop after the hardware replacement and Windows reinstallation.

Please help me resolve this issue and activate the Office applications that were included with my original HP purchase.

Thank you for that information.

If Office was pre-installed on your HP laptop, that is an OEM Office licence provided by HP tied to the original motherboard, if Office is not listed on your Microsoft account, and also no listed in the Microsoft Store - Library section, then the OEM Office licence will not exist on the new motherboard, you will need to contact HP Support, they should have provided an Office licence on the new motherboard to replace the old licence.
