  1. Microsoft support could be considered a non-existent almost fraudulent service
  2. Asking for call back (multiple times) does not happen
  3. When one has multiple problems with Windows, 365, Outlook etc there is no single line of help available
  4. Trying to get chat line help asks for direction to one problem on one application not multiple faults.
  5. Responses are buried in pages of advice this is not helpful when one has multiple problems
  6. I have conflict between Microsoft 365 Home and a business Microsoft 365
  7. Multiple Outlook accounts have been created
  8. PC will no longer shut down
  9. Recent update will not install
  10. Personal Vault on personal Onedrive has disapeared.
  11. I buy Microsoft products because historically their service support was good (once one got to Tier 3)
  12. It now appears that updates are released without appropriate testing
  13. The support service has become a farce
  14. I dont want help from a well-meaning community I just want one knowledgeable expert to support the service I pay for
