I require a Tax Invoice

For a Microsoft 365 Family purchase made with a personal Microsoft account, the tax invoice is typically available from the Microsoft account order history, not just the order overview.

Steps:

1. Go to the Microsoft account order history page.
2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account used to buy the Office Family subscription.
3. Find the purchase.
4. Select Order details.
5. Select Print / Tax Invoice.

If the tax invoice is not shown yet, it may take 48 hours to 5 days to appear.

For Microsoft 365 business subscriptions, tax receipts can be downloaded from the Microsoft 365 admin center at Billing > Billing and payments when a Download tax receipt option is available next to the invoice ID.
