    Hi Xevi,

Good day. Since updates didn't help recognizing your IEM, let's try to do other checkings.

    1. Try to test your IEM on another port or different device. If you're using a 3.5mm IEM, try the other audio port if your PC has one, like the front audio port. If it's connected through a USB adapter, try another USB port as well. If possible, test the IEM on a different device. This helps to isolate whether the issue is with Windows or the IEM itself.
    2. Check the output device. Right click on the speaker icon on the taskbar, choose Sound settings. Under Output, see if your IEM appears. If it does, select it and test the sound.
    3. Show disabled devices. Press Win + R, type mmsys.cpl, and press Enter. Go to the Playback tab. Right-click an empty area and enable Show Disabled Devices and Show Disconnected Devices. If your IEM appears, right-click it > Enable > Set as Default Device.
    4. Check Device Manager. Right-click Start > Device Manager. Expand Sound, video and game controllers and Audio inputs and outputs. Look for your audio device or anything with a yellow warning icon. Right-click the audio device > Uninstall device, then restart the PC. Windows should reinstall the driver automatically.

If Windows doesn't detect the IEM at all, the next you try to check is the PC's audio driver and whether the headphone jack or USB audio device is being detected properly.

Update me what will happen once you did all of this.

    Regards,
    Jhun
