Minecraft - two email addresses

Good Afternoon

I registered a Commercial account for Minecraft Educational under the email of [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]@live.com.au (see attached).

I run a small business that provides literacy and maths intervention to children with learning differences.

I also registered under [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]@flourishingliteracy.com. Can you please add the subscription payment to this email and account.

    I understand that you would like the Minecraft Education subscription currently associated with the personal account @live.com.au to be moved to the business account @flourishingliteracy.com.

    Unfortunately, Microsoft subscriptions generally cannot be transferred from one account to another after they have been purchased and assigned. The subscription remains tied to the account or tenant under which it was originally created.

    If the Minecraft Education subscription is already active under your personal account @live.com.au, the simplest option is usually to continue using that account to manage the subscription and access the service.

    Otherwise, if you want the subscription under your business account @flourishingliteracy.com, the most practical solution may be to purchase a new subscription using that account and then cancel the current subscription associated with your personal account @live.com.au once the new subscription is active.

    If needed, you can contact Microsoft Support directly in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. They can explain the process for purchasing a new subscription under the preferred account and cancelling or allowing the existing one to expire. For reference: Get support for Microsoft 365 for business
