Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi @B Kirity
It seems that you are able to complete the username and password sign-in, but you are unable to complete the Microsoft Authenticator verification step. If you previously used Microsoft Authenticator on another phone, or the Authenticator app was reset or its data was cleared, the account may no longer be available in the app. In that case, simply installing Authenticator again may not restore the existing MFA registration.
Since this is a work or school account which is managed by your organization, please contact your organization's IT administrator and ask them to reset your authentication method so that you can register Microsoft Authenticator again. The administrator can follow Microsoft's documentation here: Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication - Microsoft Entra ID |…
If you're not sure who your IT admin is, see How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.
Once your institution's IT team has helped you regain access to your account, you will be able to manage your security verification methods by visiting the My Sign-Ins | Security Info | Microsoft.com.
I hope you find this information useful.
