I purchased Microsoft office but I can't remember old password

I got the account back in 2021, but a resent update in my computer started asking for the password and I can't remember what it was and I no longer have access to the phone number on the account. I have tried everything to reset the password, but Microsoft won't let me. I want to know if there is any other way to reset the password like speaking to a rep or something, because the ai chat keeps me on a loop and I really wouldn't like to pay for it again.

Hello,

You will have to replace the Security Information in your Microsoft account.

That is, if you make any security changes to your account, such as resetting your password, Microsoft will ask you to confirm your identity using the recovery phone number or email address you've previously set up. If you no longer have access to any of the recovery methods, you will have to replace the Security info.

That is, on the 'Verify Your Identity' screen, select 'I don't have any of these' and follow the prompts to replace the Security Information.

If you remove all of your previous security information and replace it with something new, your account will be put into a restricted state for 30 days.
