Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Community contributors and moderators do not have access to the account portal’s backend and cannot add or change its navigation. Your suggestion to place a visible Connected apps or App permissions link under Security or Privacy is valid product feedback. You can submit it through the Microsoft Feedback Portal and upvote a similar suggestion if one is already available.
For now, I recommend bookmarking the consent-management page so you can periodically review unfamiliar apps and remove any access you no longer recognize or need. Thank you so much for your understanding.
