Charged for $159 Personal but already included in Family Plan $179

I was charged $159 on 13 September for Microsoft 365 Personal. I am now included under my husband’s Microsoft 365 Family plan (Tom Burns – ******@humanconcepts.com.au), which was purchased on 9 September. Since I wasn’t added until several days later, this resulted in an overpayment. Please cancel the Personal subscription and refund the $159.

    Please go to https://account.live.com

    Sign in to your Microsoft account. Then go to Services. Click on Manage for the subscription plan you want to cancel.

    For refund, you need to chat with billing support. Do this as soon as you can while you might be still qualified for it.

    Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
