Outlook looking for gmail password popping up on iphone

I have a home 365 account with outlook and I am receiving pop up messages on my iPhone asking for the gmail password. Where is this coming from and how do I disable it? I have both gmail and outlook on my iphone and home computer.. It has been going on a while.....................
