Open a ticket with Outlook support ? I cannot sit in MS jail anymore. I'm 50 hours in troubleshooting with these live idiots and I'm in tears b/c I can't send an email. I have a list of 25 things I've tried. GWSMO/Microsoft blame each other. At least google will open a ticket. Microsoft is inhumane and I'm having a breakdown.

Please can someone from MS support open a ticket and save me?

The short: 1 Workspace Acct with like 25+ aliases 1 gmail account Emails get stuck in my outbox. I have repaired PST, MS 365, turned on/off every sync module in GWSMO, removed the six MicrosoftOffice16_Data:OAUTH2 credentials, tried a new profile didn’t work and probably 88 other things. Outlook won’t send/receive even w all sync modules turned on/off. The only way to shut down outlook is close, cancel all, end task and reopen, which I’ve done at least 1000 times this month. GWSMO works fine in the new Outlook app, just NOT in Classic Desktop. And yet, Microsoft REFUSES to offer any help, trying to turn me over to Google. Flat out just refuse to acknowledge the issue or open a support ticket.

why won't MS do anything to help except insist I stand at my laptop and not eat, sleep, work, earn income, send an email, exercise, go to the bathroom or even allow for the possibility that google and ms need to fix this together?

Microsoft is cruel and evil. There is NO reason to treat humans who pay you this way.

Support are worse than useless MORONS! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I open a chat with "Outlook 365 & GWSMO" and the FIRST question, "are you having problems with Outlook on the web?"

I cannot take Microsoft's abuse anymore.

Has anyone moved to a different email app that works? One with support and doesn't treat their paying customers inhumanely?

@Chloe-V whoever you are thank you for responding. Microsoft deleted your reply b/c of some Code of Conduct crap/lies/nonesense. I was sent this in my email before they deleted it - I'd love to hear the rest.

Of course they deleted ANYONE who could possibly help. Microsoft must have some policy against helping their paying customers when their software is trash.

That was my comment that got deleted. They just don't like being told the truth, and no, they absolutely 100000%. Do not help their customers. It's actually the opposite
