I have MS Office 2024 Professional Plus for Windows Lifetime license. I do not have Office (new) in Installed Apps on Windows 11. I have Outlook v 1.2026.902.100 installed in Apps. In fact, I have no idea whether that is Classic Outlook. I did not do the work. the MS Tech Supp agent did. And it worked for a while. The version of Outlook that Office 2024 came with would not add some of my email addresses so the MS support person logged on and said he installed Outlook Classic. After that, everything was working fine until I tried to connect other apps to use Office as default email. Now all my office apps say they will expire in 2 days unless I log on but logon doesn't work. I keep getting hung up on by Machine support and have no access to Engage Center when I go there. Very VERY VEEERY frustrated.

    Hi Sivea,

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you have experienced with Outlook and the activation of your Office applications. Based on the Outlook version you provided, it appears that you are currently using new Outlook for Windows rather than classic Outlook.

To assist you more effectively, could you please provide the following information?

    1. Open Word, go to File > Account, and share the information displayed there, preferably by providing a screenshot of the Product Information section, including any activation message shown. Please make sure to hide any personal information, such as your email address or product key.
    2. Under Product Information, select About Word and share the full version and build number shown.
    3. Confirm whether the account signed in to Outlook is the same account you are using to sign in to Word and the other Office applications.
    4. If possible, share the exact error message you receive when attempting to sign in to Office.
    5. Let me know where the Office 2024 Professional Plus license was purchased, such as directly from Microsoft, an authorized retailer, your employer, or a third-party seller.

Please feel free to share the information in the comment below. Once I have it, I'll be better positioned to guide you through the next steps.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
