This is a new laptop and I want to extend my 365 subscription to it, but I cannot get tech help to do this

    When you said "extend", do you mean to renew? or to add more time to the current one?

    If so, whether you can extend or not depends on a few things; let me ask you first -

    Was the current one originally signed up via Microsoft directly, or was it redeemed from a third party retailer, also any chance it was signed up in a different country?
