downloading office to flash drive

I run a volunteer health clinic. I bought an Office 2019, I think it was that year) and have alternated beween Microsoft 365 and Office 2019 for years. I would like to download this program to a flash drive to be used at the Pottawatomie Volunteer Health Clinic. We do not have a computer that is bluetooth and therefore to not have internet to upload the program to the omputer. This would be used it for simple copy and paste options. How do I do this?

    It is possible to carry the Office installation files on a USB drive, and the clinic computer does not need Bluetooth.

    Using another computer with internet access, sign in to the Microsoft account associated with the Office 2019 purchase and check Subscriptions or Products you’ve purchased. If Offline installer is offered, download the image file and copy it to the flash drive. On the clinic PC, open the image, open the Office folder, and run the appropriate setup file.     Keep in mind that activation may require a brief internet connection, and a one-time-purchase Office license normally covers only one installation. Since Office 2019 has also reached end of support, using it on a clinic computer may create security concerns.
