Account hacked and password changed | Need Help ASAP

My microsoft account was hacked, and password was changed. When I try the official recovery in link https://account.live.com/acsr it says account doesn't exist but when I try to create a new acc with the same email it says it already exists. How can I recover my account now?

    Hi,

    At this point the hacker has taken

    over your account. You will have to create

    a totally new account.

    Please make sure to change any important

    passwords to accounts that could be compromised.
