Instead of Subscription, I purchased and it does not show up

I am not extending my subscription. I purchased the Home 2024. I redemeded and download. When I open account on WORD, it shows my subscription ending date. I select update license and it opens a 2018 Office version I purchased as my best option. It does not show the one I just redeemed. What do I do?
