Microsoft Account recovery is a joke?

Hi everyone!

My girlfriend account was hacked the e-mail is changed and logged out all device.
The recovery tool can't recover the account even if we added an insane amount of information.
No e-mail for support the AI chat not working at all.
We can provide e-mails that stated someone logged in and deleted stuff from One drive we can reference the account to the XBOX account we just need to get to someone that actually care and can help but there is no way to get to anyone.

If anyone has an idea please inform me how to contact the support properly.

    If an attacker changed the username, password, MFA number and recovery code of a Microsoft account - which any smart attacker will do within minutes of gaining control of an account - there isn't anything that you or Microsoft can do to fix it, which is why there is no one you can talk to. There's nothing to say: the account is no longer yours.

    What you need to be concerned about now: The attacker knows everything about you that's in the account. If there's enough usable information in the account, the attacker can impersonate you on the Internet.
