my other account got hacked

1. the other gmail by the hacker is in my info and under security
2. I can sign into my account and access the account settings

Since you can still sign in and access the account settings, you should be able to remove the hacker's email.

First, make sure your own email address or phone number is added and verified as security information.

Then:

• Go to "Your info" > "Edit account info."
• If the hacker's Gmail is listed as an alias, select "Remove" next to it.
• If it is currently the primary alias, make your own email the primary alias first, then remove the hacker's address.

Next, go to "Security" > "Advanced security options." Find the hacker's Gmail under the verification methods, expand it, and select "Remove."

After removing it, I also recommend using "Sign out everywhere," reviewing "Recent activity," and turning on two-step verification.

When you check "Your info," is the hacker's Gmail marked as the primary alias, or do you see a "Remove" option beside it?

Since you still have access to the account but cannot remove the hacker's email because the verification code is being sent to that address, I suggest submitting the Microsoft Account Reinstatement form:

In the form, explain that the account was compromised, you recovered access and changed the password, but the hacker's Gmail is still listed under "Your info" and "Security," and you cannot remove it because you do not have access to that Gmail address.

Microsoft's account security team can review the account and the information you provide.
