using old office, in the new computer

My 13 years old computer crashed . I got a new second hand computer and want to use my office in the new one. I can not delete the office from the old one since it is crashed and does not even starts. How am I going to use my old office in the new one

    it is home and student 2013

    Hi,

    Which version of Office - is it 365?

    If so, reinstall from https://account.microsoft.com/services page and simply sign in after installing.
